No elastic so no room to wiggle in to it. Bought other skirts from new look in the same size and they fit, this one is too small, which is a shame as it's a lovely skirt

Nice skirt to look At but the size 10 I have is more like a size 6. Luckily it fits my daughter so she has it but was disappointed really
